Today (Wednesday)...Updated 630am - So as usual it took forever to get here as I had lots of trouble getting out of Dallas. I don't know is Ryan remembered to do the weather yesterday or not.
So let's catch up and bring things back to normal. Today is a total continuity day, I'm sticking with what we had a few days back. Ridging aloft will arrive and our air mass is much drier. Long story short, it looks wonderful with a ton of sun and maybe a few afternoon high clouds. I expect about 61/62 at the airport.
Thursday...Updated 630am - Previous continuity is also the way to go for Thursday as it appears ridging aloft will hold. We do get a band of mid-level energy that comes down in the morning but I'm not overly worried about any precip. Look for a sunny to partly cloudy day with about 63 in Aspen.
Friday...(Updated 630am) - A new hideous closed low invades California. We will be ahead of this system on Friday. I expect some scattered afternoon cumulus and a few patches of high clouds. Let's call it a partly cloudy day and overall fairly nice. Our high temps hit the upper 60s around Aspen.
Extended Forecast (Sat-Mon 4/28-4/30) - Let me get stable down here in paradise and I'll take a look at where the hideous California closed low my go. Saturday may end up dry but with more clouds, not sure about Sunday and Monday just yet.
